About Titan:

Titan is an Applied AI Lab building agents to transform the IT Services sector. IT MSPs help small businesses manage their tech stacks including devices, office/productivity software, cybersecurity, and networks. Ironically, MSPs are slow to adopt technology themselves resulting in inefficient, manual, and error prone work. We believe this $300b+ annual revenue market is largely untouched and is ready to be disrupted by AI.

Our approach is simple: acquire well-established MSPs and deploy our team of best-in-class engineering + product talent to build AI agents that automate the responses to tickets and empower technicians to focus on more meaningful work. By doing so, we can drastically improve service technicians’ productivity and drive 2-3x improvements in net margins, all while offering clients faster, higher-quality IT support.

Currently operating in stealth, Titan has recently raised a new round of funding led by General Catalyst from their $1.5 billion Venture Buyout Fund. Alongside General Catalyst, we’re backed by 8VC, AI leaders, seasoned MSP operators, distinguished private equity investors, and leading security and IT SaaS founders.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Lead to partner closely with our founders and MSP leadership teams to drive operational excellence, craft acquisition strategies, and build scalable integration playbooks. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role with a clear path to building and leading a team as we grow our portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with MSP executives to revamp operations and sales strategies

  • Identify and solve the most critical operational bottlenecks across acquired businesses

  • Support leadership in setting and executing key objectives for the next 1–2 quarters

  • Drive acquisition strategy: evaluate product mix, identify gaps, and assess targets for potential rollups

  • Develop integration playbooks across finance, ops, and product for newly acquired companies

  • Build and manage a small team to oversee day-to-day post-acquisition integration and operational improvements

Who You Are

  • 3–8 years of experience in strategy + operations, ideally with PE operating experience

  • Proven track record in driving operational improvements and post-acquisition integration

  • Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
