- Strong project and program management skills to run concurrent compliance initiatives
Responsibilities
- Support FedRAMP certification: gap analysis, remediation planning, documentation, and coordination with 3PAO assessors
- Maintain SOC 2 compliance including evidence collection, control testing, and audit coordination
- Design and run a vendor risk management program, performing security assessments and onboarding reviews
- Perform risk assessments across systems, processes, and third-party applications and implement mitigating controls
- Automate compliance workflows and evidence collection using Tines platform capabilities
- Respond to customer security questionnaires, audit requests, and maintain Trust Center documentation
- Develop, review, and maintain security policies and procedures aligned to standards and regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance requirements into product, engineering, and contracting processes
- Work with legal to review contracts for security provisions and help standardize security language
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISA, CISM
