The Family & Community Engagement Coordinator at Think Together is responsible for leading family and community engagement efforts in schools to improve youth development and academic achievement.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing engagement plans, conducting assessments, collaborating with community groups, leading workshops, and supporting advocacy efforts.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication skills, and experience in community engagement are required; bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
Location: The job is located in Palm Springs, CA, and may require sporadic travel.
Compensation: $32 - $32 / Hourly
