Responsibilities
- Serve as attending physician for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage resident care.
- Provide high-quality primary care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Complete documentation using proprietary ChartEasy™ EHR and other common EHR systems.
- Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, RPM, and other quality initiatives.
- Supervise collaborating NPs and PAs.
- Utilize electronic medical tools and state/county medical systems.
Education
- Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Relevant state medical licensure to practice in Illinois.
