Job Overview:
The Program Manager, Resettlement & Integration, coordinates the development, implementation, and completion of all grants, contracts and activities related to the resettlement, integration, and housing teams. Responsibilities include supervision of all team staff to ensure program compliance. This role represents the IRC in the community, cultivating partnerships, and continuously improving programs and services in response to needs identified by clients and the community. This position reports to the Deputy Director, Programs. The program manager will also support and may lead cross-program functions and projects in the Denver office.
