What is ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a proven approach that enhances behavior by applying behavioral principles. ABA therapy supports individuals with autism and developmental disorders by building essential skills and improving their overall quality of life.

Your Role:

  • Deliver ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
  • Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, preparing it for presentation under the guidance of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs.
  • Provide feedback to parents and guardians on daily activities and client progress.
  • Implement and refine personalized ABA therapy programs.
  • Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure successful therapy and support.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
  • Follow instructions carefully and seek clarity when needed.
  • Adapt to working in both team settings and independently as required by the program.
  • Have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation (we do not transport clients), and up-to-date insurance.

Perks of Working with Us:

  • Competitive pay: $19-26 per hour, based on experience.
  • Part-time opportunities available.
  • 401K and match.
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees (30+ hrs per week), including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • PTO Weekly Accrual for ALL STAFF (start accruing on day 1).
  • Paid onboarding training.
  • Professional development and ongoing supervision in the field of ABA, ensuring a fulfilling experience as you help children and families reach their full potential.
  • Opportunities to boost your pay and earn bonuses based on performance for In-Home Behavior Technicians.
