Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer purchase agreements, work orders, service contracts, and change orders.
- Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements to maintain compliance and on-time execution.
- Maintain organized contract records and repositories using ERP, contract lifecycle tools, and SharePoint.
- Coordinate with legal, supply chain, engineering, and finance to resolve contract issues and track approvals.
- Support development of standard templates, checklists, and workflows to improve contracting efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field
- Relevant certifications or coursework in contracts/procurement (preferred)
