Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client and faculty relationships and communicate professionally and timely
- Manage project budgets, financial monitoring, and reconciliation for individual publications programs
- Develop project timelines, schedule start-up/interim/final team meetings, and provide ongoing status updates
- Facilitate and lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, on-strategy delivery
- Oversee and coordinate external suppliers and vendors
- Own daily account details and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- Contribute to new business development activities within account teams
- Train and support new account team members as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced scientific or medical degree preferred but not required
