Responsibilities: Oversee editorial strategy, manage content production, and collaborate cross-functionally to align community content with product goals and drive user engagement metrics.
Skills: Strong content management and creation abilities, adept in multimedia and data analytics, excellent writing skills, and experience managing teams within cross-functional environments.
Qualifications: 7+ years in content strategy, experience with Gen Z/Gen Alpha content engagement, 2+ years in a management role, strong quantitative and organizational skills.

Compensation: $96000 - $150000 / Annually

About the Opportunity
As Senior Director, Community Content Strategy, you will be responsible forthe content ecosystem underlyingBigFutureproducts, which engage over 15 million unique users a year. In partnership with the Product and Technology teams, you’llshape our content-as-product strategyto support personalized exploration on BigFuture.org. You’ll lead editorial strategyforcontentserved throughout our product, first in a searchable content library and eventually AI-enabled conversation and alongside tools. You and your team willrapidly create high volume, information-rich, authenticvideo and text content. You’llset and maintain a high bar forcontent as a player-coach managing staff.
