Responsibilities
- Evaluate developer studies and ensure water/sewer capacity aligns with city growth
- Use hydraulic modeling tools (InfoWater, WaterGEMS, EPANET) to plan system expansions and optimize performance
- Perform wholesale capacity analysis and contribute to long-term master planning
- Troubleshoot operational issues using SCADA data and flow meter information
- Support Capital Delivery projects, Master Planning, and Impact Fee studies
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams, developers, and external partners
- Collaborate across departments to deliver sustainable and resilient water solutions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- Candidates lacking the degree may be considered with substantially more relevant work experience

- Pay range $107,610 - $125,000 annually
- $9,000 sign-on incentive (50% after first pay period, 50% after 6 months)
