Responsibilities
- Handle 100+ inbound phone calls per day and 25+ chats per day in a high-volume call center environment
- Log and track customer service requests in CRM/customer management systems
- Cross-reference information using multiple computer applications to resolve inquiries
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints within area of assignment and explain policies and procedures
- Oversee and participate in more complex or difficult customer service tasks and escalations
- Maintain accurate records and follow departmental processes for case management
- Work various shifts totaling 40 hours per week between Monday–Friday (7am–6pm) and Saturday (7am–4pm)
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education
