Responsibilities
- Oversee department administrative functions including budget, procurement, human resources, payroll, fleet, IT, and accounting.
- Manage financial and budgetary aspects of community development and housing grant programs including HUD programs.
- Lead and supervise a team of 10 staff members and coordinate with senior management.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and city regulations.
- Administer the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation's budgets and financial reporting.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
