Responsibilities
- Review and document HOA covenants, conditions, restrictions, and fee requirements.
- Coordinate with field teams and HOAs to obtain association information and updated invoices.
- Assist with HOA registration and license applications.
- Process and file HOA fee requests and invoices for timely payment approval.
- Communicate HOA matters and process amenity requests for residents.
- Maintain HOA data, violation letters, and related information in company systems.
- Work with internal teams to ensure property and HOA information accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
