Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service including issuing library cards and checking materials in/out
- Monitor and improve customer service policies and responsiveness
- Supervise customer service staff and daily front-desk operations
- Oversee cash handling and deposit procedures at assigned locations
- Complete reports and compile statistical data
- Support library outreach and programming as needed
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Relevant additional coursework or library-related training preferred
