Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert on all operational aspects of Tenstreet’s software programs and solutions.
- Manage all phases of product implementation and client training.
- Provide top-level application support via phone and email, resolving client inquiries.
- Act as the main client interface and collaborate with internal teams on strategic projects.
- Focus on client relationship management and retention to maximize client success.
- Collaborate with Advisory team to identify additional client value opportunities.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
