We are looking for a Sr. Client Success Manager, Platforms, to own the post-sale relationship with some of Cognitiv’s most strategic and complex partners, ranging from demand-side platforms (DSPs) to major publishers and retail media networks. Your focus will be to drive client satisfaction, deliver performance, and grow long-term revenue through consultative service, operational excellence, and deep understanding of Cognitiv’s capabilities.


You’ll navigate varied client needs, from bespoke integrations and unique commercial structures to evolving technical use cases. You will collaborate between our partners and internal teams (BD, Product, Engineering, Data Science).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has strong programmatic experience, and is passionate about building deep, trusted relationships that create lasting value for both the client and Cognitiv.

 

This position will be located in our New York City office with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote optional (Thursday/Friday).


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for strategic clients, deeply understanding their business and long-term goals
  • Provide superior customer service by anticipating client needs, delivering timely solutions, and fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively build and deliver high-impact business reviews that demonstrate value and reinforce trust
  • Monitor and analyze performance trends to identify risks, surface optimizations, and ensure campaign success
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of Cognitiv’s platform offering and how it fits into each partner’s tech stack and workflow
  • Guide clients through implementation and product capabilities, ensuring a smooth experience at every step
  • Act as a trusted product advisor internally and externally, translating client needs into actionable product feedback
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure feedback from platform partners is heard and acted upon


Requirements
  • 5+ years in programmatic media or ad tech —preferably in a client-facing role (CSM, Account Manager, Solutions, or Platform Success)
  • Deep familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, or media platforms—including deal creation, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization
  • Strong data literacy and experience using insights to drive strategic client recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and simplify technical topics for varied audiences
  • Proven track record of growing client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in fast-moving, often ambiguous environments


Salary
  • $130,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Equity


Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
