Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer, Reliability
Skills
- Expertise in EM/IR analysis tools such as Cadence Voltus, Voltus-XFi, or Ansys Totem.
- Strong knowledge of analog IC fundamentals and FinFET process technologies.
- Proficiency in circuit simulation with Spectre and experience with Virtuoso layout manipulation.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform EM/IR analysis to validate analog and high-speed digital circuits using Cadence Voltus/Voltus-XFi or Ansys Totem.
- Collaborate with design and layout teams to deliver reliable silicon on advanced CMOS process nodes (28nm and below).
- Drive reliability sign-off strategies for high-performance analog/mixed-signal IP.
- Train and mentor team members on reliability methodologies and best practices.
- Work closely with CAD, PDK, and foundry teams to maintain high standards of chiplet reliability.
Education
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
- Relevant semiconductor industry experience (5+ years for BS, 3+ years for MS/PhD).
