I'm proud to work for a company that emphasizes and from my experience, truly does stick to, very noble values. The work is interesting but in my role I am not overwhelmed. I have had the opportunity to learn so much about the whole R&D process. Managers and colleagues are almost all very pleasant to work with. Emphasis on wellness is probably as much as possible, given the fact that many people are going to work hard and work a lot regardless.Cons
The company recognizes agility is poor, and it's true. It takes a long time to work with a new vendor or another internal team. "Alignment" is good in theory, but the extent to which people feel they must get the opinions and approval from everyone tangentially related to the project, proposal, idea, workstream, etc. truly slows things down.Belonging at Takeda
