Responsibilities
- Create design and conceptual solutions aligned with brand and creative strategy
- Lead design efforts within the creative category team from concept through completion
- Build cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration
- Maintain creative excellence on all sizes of projects
- Communicate and present creative ideas and rationales effectively
- Collaborate with copywriting to align concepts with brand tone
- Partner with creative operations to meet briefs, review process, and deadlines
- Mentor and inspire design team members
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Education
- BA Degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience
