We have been working hard on our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) program for the last year and a half. We are creating a community of aligning DEI efforts from multiple tech companies to share ideas, dig into the harder questions and build a community of partnerships to diversify the workforce inside and outside the walls of Synack.
