SweatPals is the community-first fitness platform turning workouts into social adventures. Backed by a16z speedrun, Kevin Hart, and other world-class investors, we connect hundreds of thousands of “Pals,” hosts, and gyms through events, memberships, and social features.
At SweatPals, brand is product.
We're not just building features — we're building belief. From city run clubs to outdoor festivals to cold plunge parties, SweatPals is turning workouts into culture. And as we grow, brand marketing will play a central role in shaping how people feel when they discover us — and what we stand for as we scale.
We’re still scrappy at heart, but growing fast. Hosts use SweatPals to run their businesses (ticketing, memberships, group chats, waivers, POS), while users discover joyful, active experiences. Personalized, intelligent experiences are core to our next chapter — and brand is how we connect it all into something bigger: a healthier, more connected world.
You’ll be our first Director of Brand Marketing, and play a foundational role in shaping SweatPals from a product into a cultural movement. You’ll define and scale our brand vision across every touchpoint — from product launches and creator campaigns to city activations and social storytelling. This is part strategic leadership, part creative direction, part brand systems building - all in service of turning “daylife” into a recognizable, joyful brand.
