We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Brand to join our team for a 6-month maternity leave cover. This is a senior-level position that plays a critical role in shaping and activating our brand across multiple channels including Social Media, Talent and Events. The role reports into our Director of Americas and works closely with our global and regional team.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the global social media strategy, ensuring it aligns with overarching brand and business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of social activity, including always-on and campaign-specific content.
  • Manage 1 x direct report responsible for social media management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across PR, Growth, Product Marketing, and Creative to align plans and deliver integrated social campaigns.
  • Monitor performance, optimize content strategy, and stay ahead of cultural and platform trends.

Talent Management

  • Lead high profile talent strategy in collaboration with E-Team leads across Marketing, Comms and Product. 
  • Coordinate plans and strategy with key stakeholders and their teams, project manage key timelines and manage contracts/ finance.
  • Manage external talent agencies and partners to execute high profile talent strategy.
  • Manage agencies to procure celebrity talent for campaigns/ activations where needed.

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the brand strategy for major consumer-facing events that drive buzz, engagement, and earned media. 
  • Define the creative vision, programming direction, and talent involvement for events in collaboration with the Director of Experiential.
  • Manage relationships with external event agencies, vendors, and key partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including comms, creative, partnerships, and legal to ensure cross-functional alignment.

About You

  • Significant experience in brand marketing roles, ideally in lifestyle, entertainment, consumer tech, or media.
  • Strong expertise in social media and talent marketing, including people management.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale event programs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing agency partners and working across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable balancing high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
