System Analyst (Middle/Senior)

What you'll actually do

If you're obsessed with technology and love grinding on complex systems, this is where you'll level up your tech stack exponentially while solving operational challenges for law firm owners. You'll deploy CRM configurations, automation workflows, and AI implementations while identifying business bottlenecks and architecting solutions that streamline entire practices.

You'll be the technical problem-solver who walks into a struggling firm, identifies the exact operational issues killing their growth, then builds and deploys the technical solutions that unlock millions in revenue potential.

Day in the life

Hands-on technical work daily, mastering system design & implementation whilst developing operational problem-solving skills. 75% system building, 25% operational problem-solving & client interaction.

• Identify operational inefficiencies in law firm systems and workflows

• Analyze law firm technology challenges and operational bottlenecks

• Configure CRMs & Case Management systems based on diagnostic findings

• Build analytics dashboards and data pipelines that reveal actionable insights

• Design automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n

• Deploy and train client teams on AI solutions that actually drive impact

• Build working relationships with clients

What we need

• Systems thinking approach - You naturally see how technical solutions connect to business outcomes, and can solve hard problems autonomously

• Builder mentality - You genuinely enjoy the process of designing, testing, and perfecting systems with high attention to detail

• Technical experience - Proven track record deploying & configuring CRMs, Project Management, and Automation tools (Low-Code/No-Code)

• Ownership mentality - You like to get your hands dirty and pull through challenges autonomously, you take pride in your work and don't need micromanagement

• Client-ready communication skills - You'll present to law firm staff and senior executives and translate complex technical concepts to a non-tech-savvy audience

• Professional English fluency - You'll advise successful US-based law firms, B2 level at a minimum

Ideal background

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles

• Experience with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Experience with Project Management Systems (e.g. Asana, Monday.com)

• Adept with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n)

• Track record of learning complex tools quickly and applying them to business problems

• (Optional) Experience with legal tools (e.g. Clio Manage and Lawmatics) or working in a law firm is a plus, but NOT a requirement

Portfolio preferred - showcase projects that demonstrate your systematic problem-solving approach.

This role will NOT be a fit if

Location & Schedule

Fully Remote, with quarterly in-person meetups.

Availability for client meetings: Mon - Fri, 2pm - 10pm Eastern European Time (EET); rest of time can be used for working on your responsibilities or tackling internal meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
