- Strong financial statement analysis and understanding of financial statement interactions.
- Extensive quantitative and financial analysis experience with recommendations development.
- Deep knowledge of accounting concepts and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy focus.
- Experience with financial planning tools such as TM1, Essbase, or Anaplan is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategic Finance leadership to conduct financial analysis, develop forecasts, and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present findings to leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models supporting various business needs and forecasts.
- Update and maintain corporate-level forecast consolidation of global P&L and cash flow.
- Prepare presentations and summarize financial data for Finance leadership meetings.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Contribute to development and implementation of internal financial controls.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree field related to finance, accounting, economics, or similar.
