Senior Software Engineer (iOS) - Consumer Experience
Skills
- Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective‑C for building production iOS apps
- Experience building mission‑critical, high‑quality mobile systems and shipping to production
- Familiarity with mobile tooling: Xcode, Instruments, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Understanding of backend interactions, networking, data persistence, and performance optimization
- Exposure to React Native and cross‑platform considerations
- Experience with localization, scaling, security, and privacy considerations for global apps
- Strong debugging, profiling, and instrumentation skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain new iOS features across the StubHub consumer app
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and backend engineers to deliver end‑to‑end experiences
- Own projects from concept through production, including monitoring, debugging, and iterative improvements
- Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD
- Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering inclusive technical growth
- Architect solutions that scale globally and support localization, performance, security, and privacy
- Contribute to cross‑platform efforts and integrate with backend services, data pipelines, and platform primitives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree optional and considered a plus
