Skills
- Proven experience with general-purpose languages (e.g., Java, C#)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable services and data pipelines that power audience identity and features
- Build and operate reliable, mission-critical systems with attention to performance, observability, and cost
- Collaborate across engineering, ML, and product teams to define APIs, data contracts, and operational practices
- Own projects end-to-end from design through production and maintenance
- Mentor and elevate junior engineers, promoting best practices, code quality, and inclusive collaboration
- Drive technical decisions, trade-offs, and improvements in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree beneficial but not required
