Responsibilities
- Lead design of end-to-end user experiences from problem framing through delivery and iteration
- Partner with product, engineering, and data to define priorities, shape strategy, and align roadmaps
- Translate big ideas into vision work and drive near-term product iterations
- Use experiments, analytics, and research to validate decisions and measure impact
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistent brand expression
- Contribute to and expand the Broadway design system to support scalable, high-quality experiences
- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level designers to raise the team’s craft
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating direct contributions across multiple projects and platforms
