- Experience with retirement administration software (ASC preferred)

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of six Retirement Plan Administrators, driving development and accountability
- Act as escalation point for complex client/issues and provide guidance to team members
- Manage day-to-day client communications, workflows, project deadlines, and client retention
- Perform and/or review annual testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 415, 401(a)(4), 402(g), deductibility)
- Prepare and validate valuation reports, participant statements, and Form 5500 filings
- Collaborate with Operations, Participant/Client Support, Plan Documents, Distribution/Loan, and Payroll teams
- Assist with IRS/DOL audits and support auditors as needed
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational and strategic initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience in retirement plan administration)
- ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred
- Ongoing continuing education in ERISA, IRS and DOL rules encouraged
