Primary Function of Position

The Lease Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the company's lease agreements. This role involves ensuring compliance with lease terms, optimizing lease portfolios, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support business priorities. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management of Intuitive's customer finance operations and maintaining high standards of service for our global customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management:
  • Manage customer finance contracts approaching end-of-term, processing system returns, and amendments.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of the portfolio to track system moves, mid-term events, and contracts nearing expiration.
  • Facilitate system de-installations and coordinate system moves with Customer Finance Leadership.
  • Create lease amendment quotes in CPQ and partner with Contracts to ensure accurate documentation and processing of mid-term and end-of-term actions.
• Portfolio Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct detailed analyses to evaluate lease performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics
• Risk and Compliance Management:
  • Partner with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure seamless lease administration and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in pricing or sales operations roles
• Ability to develop deep knowledge of Intuitive’s products and value proposition
• Extensive experience with customer finance processes and their impact on internal and external stakeholders.
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective collaborator; focus on process integration and optimization; attention to details
• Experience with business systems such as Salesforce, CLM, CPQ, SAP.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills for effective
• Available for occasional travel, which may include international locations
• This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week

Required Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree
