SEI is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead IT functions that enhance business agility, scalability, and automation across various business units, while aligning IT applications with strategic goals.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include establishing sub-function strategy, managing budgets, assessing team performance, and overseeing core enterprise infrastructure operations, while leading cloud infrastructure and AI-driven software engineering initiatives.
Skills: Required skills include expertise in cloud-native architectures, AI/ML in software development, DevSecOps, and strong leadership capabilities to manage large, distributed engineering teams.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with over 15 years in software engineering, including 5 years in leadership roles, and experience in agile transformation.
Location: This position is located in Minneapolis, MN and may require occasional travel but is primarily onsite.
Compensation: $165000 - $300000 / Annually
