About This Role

At Stitch, we help the world’s most innovative brands bring their customer engagement strategies to life. As a Marketing Strategist on our Delivery team, you’ll be the trusted advisor helping our clients design and execute lifecycle marketing programs that make an impact by being faster, smarter, and more personalized.

Collaborating closely with our Solution Architects, Business Strategists, and Technical Producers, you’ll bring strategy and execution together. That means ongoing performance analysis, test-driven optimizations, and clear guidance on how to make every campaign better.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing principles and experience developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with clients to deeply understand their goals, audiences, and marketing objectives, then turn those insights into end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to spotlight growth opportunities in engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Leverage marketing tech (Braze and other tools that integrate into it) to bring campaigns to life in ways that maximize personalization and relevance.
  • Design customer journeys from start to finish, mapping touchpoints, messaging, and automation tactics that make every interaction matter.
  • Document journeys with clarity and precision so clients and teams are aligned every step of the way.
  • Define KPIs that actually tell the story of success and optimize against them.
  • Use rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging and design across channels.
  • Collaborate with other consultants at Stitch, such as Business Strategists, Solution Architects, and Technical Producers to blend strategic vision with flawless technical execution.
  • Build trust with clients by meeting deadlines, exceeding expectations, and always bringing thoughtful recommendations to the table.
  • Work with 3–5 client projects efficiently while hitting quarterly billable targets.
  • Contribute to Stitch’s growth by owning your role in quarterly and annual goals.
  • Travel occasionally (up to 20%) to client sites for hands-on strategic work.
  • Stay sharp by keeping up with evolving Braze features and marketing tech through certification and constant learning.

  • Journeys come to life. The customer journeys you design are clear, intentional, and personalized, helping clients connect with their audiences in ways that feel human and drive measurable impact.
  • Data tells the story. You do more than report on KPIs. You translate insights into meaningful actions that improve engagement, retention, and revenue quarter over quarter.
  • Collaboration feels seamless. Internal Stitch teams and clients know they can count on you to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision and purpose.
  • You show up to every meeting with our clients and other Stitchers prepared and engaged. Every point of communication - Slack, email, Zoom meeting, or in-person meeting - is an opportunity to impress our clients. You are responsive and work with a sense of urgency.
  • You manage your weekly schedule well to consistently meet Stitch’s broader quarterly billable targets. You’ll be juggling a variety of activities during the week including heads-down work, client meetings, Stitch office hours, pursuing certifications, and time-tracking. You may work with multiple clients at one time. Being intentional about organizing your schedule each week will help you feel prepared for the context-switching that consulting involves.
  • 5+ years of experience across marketing technology strategy and copywriting.
  • Proven success building and executing lifecycle marketing programs that drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills. You know how to turn data into insights and insights into action.
  • Proficiency in Braze or similar martech platforms
  • Comfort with BI tools and analytics platforms.
  • Confidence leading conversations with senior marketing leaders and simplifying complex ideas.
  • A knack for managing time and priorities in a (seriously) fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without requiring employer visa sponsorship, both presently and in the future
