The Finance Graduate Program (FGP) takes experienced, high-performing graduate students enrolled in their MBA program and graduation in May 2026 and places them into three, eight-month rotations in our most strategic and critical roles. In this accelerated leadership program, candidates are working directly with our senior leaders on providing insights, in-depth solutions and driving change across a variety of quantitative, strategic management and process engineering roles.

Currently enrolled in a full-time graduate program and graduating in the May 2026.
Master’s in business administration
2 – 6 years’ professional experience.
Demonstrated problem solving and influencing skill set.
Highly successful working independently, in teams and across a matrixed environment.
Change management and innovative mind-set.
Analytical, managerial and organizational skills.
Advanced in Excel and data management – Intermediate in coding a plus (R, Python, SQL, etc.).
Deep knowledge of the financial markets and industry.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
