- US citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance if required
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly federal and state tax analyses and reconcile tax accounts
- Calculate quarterly income tax estimates for financial reporting
- Prepare and file property and local tax returns, business registrations, and surveys
- Support external tax advisors with federal and state income tax return preparation and filing
- Monitor tax law changes and participate in relevant tax training
- Support compliance with FAR requirements, assist with government audits, billing rate proposals, and incurred cost submissions
- Review and document revenue recognition methods to ensure ASC 606 compliance
- Monitor business insurance programs, process renewals and claims, and assess insurance requirements
- Support policy updates, process improvements, and automation initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
