Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer relationships and monitor payment activity
- Contact customers via phone and email to obtain payments and negotiate arrangements
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing issues
- Approve orders for assigned accounts and cover teammates as needed
- Manage credit limits and gather documentation for credit reviews
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate account records
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage risk and support business-building opportunities
- Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college or coursework in business/finance preferred
