As a member of the Office of the Corporate Secretary, the Governance Analyst will work with the group Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Governance Director, Investment Legal Analyst and Administrator to support the global operations and needs of the corporate governance function of a dynamic global insurance organization. Utilizing knowledge of governance and secretarial practices in a regulated environment, as well as advanced communication and organizational skills, the Governance Analyst will provide support on day-to-day governance-related tasks as well as on specific projects and strategic initiatives for the entire Starr group.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $77,000 - $119,000.
