We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to own our scaled outbound motion. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth to build and optimize workflows that drive personalized, high‑volume outreach using modern GTM tools. This role blends technical implementation with creative problem‑solving to generate pipeline in a large, underpenetrated market.
Build and maintain outbound workflows using automation and enrichment tools
Operationalize buying signals (job changes, competitor activity, board minutes, etc.) into campaigns
Experiment with new tools and processes to improve results
Large TAM: Work in a $1.5T market with huge growth potential
Rich Intent Data: Leverage evergreen buying signals for high‑value outreach
Impact: Own a critical growth lever at a scaling B2B SaaS company
1–3 years managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company
Experience with tools like Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, or n8n
Ability to integrate systems and create no‑code/low‑code automations
Familiarity with scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices
