The Ambulatory Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of multiple complex programs and projects across ambulatory services. The Program Manager ensures that initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with hospital, University, and regulatory standards. This role acts as a liaison among operational leaders, physicians, staff, and project participants, including consultants and contractors, to align programs with organizational strategy, drive operational improvements, and enhance the patient and provider experience across multiple sites.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
* Provide leadership and oversight for multiple ambulatory programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
*Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones; manage resources, budgets, and schedules for cross-functional initiatives.
*Establish program governance, communication protocols, and risk management strategies to ensure consistent execution across sites.
*Serve as a liaison among operational leaders, physicians, staff, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective collaboration and alignment across programs.
*Monitor program progress, assess performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve objectives.
*Implement and standardize workflows, protocols, and processes to enhance patient experience, staff efficiency, and provider satisfaction.
*Facilitate training, competency assessments, and onboarding related to program initiatives.
*Participate in leadership committees, workgroups, and interdepartmental initiatives to ensure coordination and alignment across ambulatory services.
*Communicate program status, insights, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders, providing reports and recommendations as needed.
*Manage interdisciplinary communication efforts and adjust plans to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
*Other roles as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
License/Certification: None required.

Pay Range
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $53.98 to $71.57
