We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Operations team. This is a foundational role designed for someone with a systems mindset, a love for clean processes, and takes initiative to solve problems before they snowball.
You’ll be on the front lines of how we support our policyholders — guiding homeowners and brokers through each stage of their insurance journey, from onboarding to policy changes to claim navigation. You'll also play a critical role behind the scenes: helping build scalable workflows, clean documentation, and smart internal systems that support Stand's operational backbone as we grow.

Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is: $67,000 - $85,000.
In addition to salary, this role offers equity, a 401(k) plan, robust medical, dental, and vision benefits, and onsite lunch stipends. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Should the level of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly.
