What You Can Expect From This Role:
- Part Time, Salaried position-Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with flexibility
- EOMA is a medical health home, which emphasizes an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider and offers a wide array of services
- Be a part of the care team by providing crisis management, comprehensive assessments, and psychotherapy for pediatric, adult, and senior populations

This clinic is part of the National Health Service Corp which can provide loan repayment for qualifying providers
- Examples of issues therapist may assist with: depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress management, substance use, grief, suicidal ideation, recent psychiatric hospitalization, chronic pain/illness, difficulty coping with medical illness or new diagnosis, treatment adherence, uncontrolled medical issues, obesity, unexplained symptoms, etc
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree
- Licenses/Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross and hold a License in Oregon in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LFMC)
A qualified candidate will be well versed in evidence-based practices, have strong time management and documentation skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and the ability to collaborate with a variety of partners.
