- Prior banking or lending experience

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat and assist with select outbound outreach.
- Guide applicants through the loan application process, reviewing and processing application information and loan documents per compliance guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and case details accurately in the CRM to maintain comprehensive records.
- Strive for first contact resolution while meeting customer satisfaction and departmental metrics.
- Share customer feedback and insights with product and operations teams to inform improvements.
- Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and compliance requirements to better support customers.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
