Responsibilities
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.)
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related customer issues
- Analyze trends and surface product, process, and training gaps using quantitative and qualitative inputs
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine troubleshooting workflows and resolve root causes
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base and customer help center collateral
- Act as an internal advocate for the customer and communicate customer needs to product and operations
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional certifications or coursework in IT, networking, or customer support helpful
