Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve demand and supply plans to support production and launch manifests
- Maintain and audit bills of materials (BOM) and product master data in MRP systems to prepare for production at rate
- Align demand signals and allocations across engineering, production, and quality teams
- Coordinate change cut-in decisions and minimize material obsolescence
- Monitor and report spend versus project budgets and forecasts
- Analyze supply chain data, produce metrics and reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across disciplines and levels of management
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff and strategic support to the supply chain team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent experience as detailed in basic qualifications (see required experience options)
