Responsibilities
- Manage and lead an hourly workforce, providing feedback and resolving conflicts.
- Monitor and improve materials management operations ensuring safety and quality compliance.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of parts and hardware inventory.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and logistics operations both locally and externally.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain cycle counting and audit requirements in adherence to AS9100 standards.
- Control fleet maintenance and develop material delivery routes.
- Monitor employee time-keeping and uphold metric goals and objectives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, science, engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Or equivalent professional experience in materials management or manufacturing.
