Responsibilities
- Oversee and own full lifecycle of construction projects ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery
- Manage multi-discipline construction projects on-site and in the office
- Act as overall project manager and construction superintendent
- Perform project controls including scheduling and cost management
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve design and construction issues in real-time on the field
- Provide budgetary estimates and acquire necessary governmental approvals
- Coordinate project implementation, track status and reporting
- Support space allocation, real estate planning, and building operations coordination
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
