Responsibilities
- Oversee and own full lifecycle of construction projects for on-time, under-budget delivery
- Manage multi-discipline construction projects in field and office settings
- Serve as overall construction project manager and extreme owner
- Perform project control including scheduling and cost control
- Interact with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time on site
- Provide budgetary cost estimates from project scope
- Manage proposals and assign contracts from architects, engineers, and contractors
- Facilitate city, county, and government approvals
- Coordinate project implementation, status tracking, and real estate planning
- Collaborate with end users and facilities for building operations and maintenance
- Take on new ad-hoc projects as business demands
Education
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, structural engineering or construction management
