- Proficiency with CAD programs (e.g., NX, AutoCAD) preferred.
- Understanding of construction best practices and means & methods preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define architectural, structural, heavy civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and industrial requirements.
- Serve as owner’s representative to outside consultants and contractors.
- Manage development, design, and construction of new infrastructure projects.
- Develop construction drawings, RFPs, bid evaluations, subcontractor selection, and management.
- Plan and execute installation and operation of test site solutions within cost and schedule constraints.
- Collaborate closely with test & launch teams including infrastructure, fluids, electrical, mechanical, and support operations.
- Support ongoing design, construction, testing, and operations with up to 25% travel.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related technical discipline.
