Responsibilities
- Own product development lifecycle from design to launch, including roadmap definition and product mapping
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet production targets and launch schedules
- Translate product strategies into technical deliverables and business requirements
- Establish and scale production lines, including insourcing and process improvements
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations during early production
- Drive market research, data analysis, and beta testing to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare updates and deliverables for senior management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics (required)
