Skills
- Administrative experience supporting production or operations
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and data hygiene
- Experience creating or working with metrics and operational reports
- Basic SQL and Tableau experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed
- Strong organization, communication and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track and move parts to ensure timely delivery to the next production location
- Coordinate physical movement through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing and production work centers
- Promote workflow consistency and drive down internal logistics lead-time
- Coordinate off-site processing and manage timely return of parts
- Maintain and validate MRP/ERP data; assist in resolving incorrect system data
- Develop and maintain reports and metrics to highlight needs, deliverables and constraints
- Support production leadership with action item updates and metrics-driven activities
- Manage material certifications and prevent use of uncertified materials
- Support return-to-stock, inventory purge actions, and purchase requisition creation
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic libraries for tooling and calibration
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
