Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Engage with customers in person to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate products
- Learn and apply comprehensive knowledge of Title, Payday, and Signature Loan products
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college or military experience preferred
