About Us

Sieve is the only AI research lab exclusively focused on video data. We combine exabyte-scale video infrastructure, novel video understanding techniques, and dozens of data sources to develop datasets that push the frontier of video modeling. Video makes up 80% of internet traffic and has become the enabling digital medium powering creativity, communication, gaming, AR/VR, and robotics. Sieve exists to solve the biggest bottleneck in growth of these applications: high-quality training data.

Sieve scaled from 0 to $XXM in revenue in the second half of 2025, with a relatively small team of 12 people. We also recently raised our Series A from Tier 1 firms such as Matrix Partners, Swift Ventures, Y Combinator, and AI Grant.

About the Role

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Mokshith, you will be his right-hand helping him move faster across GTM, operations, product, and overall strategy. Some areas of work include:

• Helping ideate & shape overall company strategy.

• Nurturing key customer relationships and coordinating events + conferences.

• Keeping track of finances, negotiating vendor agreements, planning team events, and managing basic office operations.

• Owning recruiting in the near term (screen + nurture candidates, manage overall pipeline). Defining overall process and hiring a recruiter in the medium term.

• Screening & nurturing candidates, working with external recruiters, and managing overall pipeline to meet aggressive hiring goals.

• Managing & executing on special projects and sensitive initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who wants a full view of the business and has aspiration to start their own company one day. This role is also meant to grow into a leadership position as Sieve continues to grow.

• Ability to take full ownership over ambiguous problems

• Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

• Bonus: At least 2 years of operational experience at the early stage
